We’re Fiction Ave, an online community of readers and writers so passionate about the written word that we want to improve literacy rates around the globe, one reader at a time.

We designed our website, fictionave.com, with a “one-stop-shop” concept. The site has everything a writer or reader needs to create or find thrilling writing and make money as a writer. From tools and resources to help writers develop and hone their craft, to finding their niche market, to selling their literary works through traditional or modern means, Fiction Ave has it all. We are the shortcut to success for writers.
 

We exist to provide direction, promote artistic-freedom, and empower any individual with literary aptitude, and a desire to showcase their gift. We aim to redefine the publishing experience for the published and unpublished author. We succeed only as our author-clients succeed in meeting their goals.

At the core of our company is the unwavering belief in an individual’s right to succeed from their God-given talents. But a writer’s talent must be honed and requires skill in transferring thoughts to paper or computer; Hence our commitment to improve literacy one person at a time. We cannot succeed in our mission knowing millions of writers cannot benefit from our service simply because they lack the literacy skills to do so.

The Fiction Ave literacy program provides an easy means for volunteers to be matched-up with those in need of tutoring, encouragement and support to improve their literacy. Our database of volunteers includes tutors available to help improve English reading and writing, English as a Second Language, computer literacy and literacy in many other languages. There are also volunteers who’ve signed up to donate books and other reading material.
